Client Self-Loading Agreement & Liability Acknowledgment — Cars / Vehicles (Autos Included)

ALL TRANSPORTDEPOT INC. — CLIENT SELF-LOADING AGREEMENT & LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Applicable to: Container Delivered to Client for Loading — Cars / Vehicles (Autos Included)

By selecting this service, the client/shipper acknowledges and agrees to the following conditions:

1. Container Delivery & Loading

The shipping container will be delivered on a chassis and will remain elevated above ground level.

The client is solely responsible for providing qualified personnel, suitable loading equipment, ramps, forklifts, and any other resources necessary to load the vehicles safely.

All TransportDepot Inc. does not provide or supervise loading, blocking, bracing, or cargo-securing services at the client's premises.

2. Vehicle Securing & Safety

The client is fully responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are properly positioned, blocked, braced, and secured against tipping, shifting, falling, rolling, overturning, or colliding with other cargo.

All loading must comply with applicable safety requirements, weight restrictions, and carrier specifications.

3. 100% Liability for Improper Loading

THE CLIENT/SHIPPER ACCEPTS 100% FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND EXPENSES CAUSED BY IMPROPER LOADING, INADEQUATE SECURING, OR UNSAFE HANDLING OF VEHICLES.

This includes, without limitation:

• Damage to vehicles, cargo, or personal property.
• Vehicles tipping, falling, shifting, overturning, or colliding with one another.
• Damage to containers, chassis, trucks, terminals, vessels, or other equipment.
• Injury to personnel or damage to third-party property.
• Recovery, repairs, replacement, reloading, towing, storage, detention, demurrage, and other resulting expenses.
• Claims arising from damage discovered during transit, at destination, or upon opening the container.

If a vehicle tips, shifts, falls, or otherwise causes damage due to improper loading or securing, the client is responsible for 100% of the resulting costs, whether the damage occurs at origin, during inland transportation, at the port, aboard the vessel, or at destination.

4. Loading Documentation

The client must photograph the loading process, including vehicle positioning, blocking, bracing, tie-downs, and the fully loaded container before sealing.

The client agrees to provide these photographs upon request.

Submitting photographs, or their receipt by All TransportDepot, does not constitute approval, inspection, or certification of the loading arrangement.

5. Additional Costs & Third-Party Claims

The client agrees to reimburse All TransportDepot Inc. for reasonable damages, carrier assessments, corrective handling costs, and third-party claims arising from the client's improper loading or securing.

The client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless All TransportDepot Inc., its employees, agents, and subcontractors against such claims, including reasonable legal expenses, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluding liability attributable to their own negligence or misconduct where such liability cannot lawfully be transferred.

6. Insurance & Risk Acceptance

The client acknowledges that marine cargo insurance is not automatically included and that any optional insurance is subject to its policy terms, conditions, and exclusions.

Insurance does not relieve the client of responsibility for damages caused by improper loading or inadequate cargo securing.

7. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By accepting this agreement, the client confirms that they understand the loading requirements and voluntarily assume responsibility for the safe loading, positioning, blocking, bracing, and securing of their vehicles.

I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT I AM 100% FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES AND RELATED EXPENSES CAUSED BY IMPROPER OR INADEQUATE LOADING AND SECURING OF MY VEHICLES, INCLUDING VEHICLES TIPPING, FALLING, OR SHIFTING DURING TRANSPORTATION.
