9. CLIENT CERTIFICATION
By signing below, the requesting party certifies that:
1. All information provided to All TransportDepot Inc. is true, complete and accurate.
2. The commodity description, quantity, value, weight, country of origin, Schedule B/HTS classification, ECCN, licensing information and end-use information supplied are accurate to the best of the client's knowledge.
3. All TransportDepot Inc. will prepare and file the EEI based upon the information and documentation provided by the client, USPPI and/or other authorized parties to the transaction.
4. The client/USPPI remains responsible for providing accurate commodity and export-control information and for determining whether an export license or other governmental authorization is required.
5. The client authorizes All TransportDepot Inc. to request clarification or additional documents before filing if information is incomplete or inconsistent.
6. An AES filing and ITN does not constitute carrier acceptance, customs clearance, export-license approval, or confirmation that the cargo may lawfully be imported at destination.
7. Any amendment required because of incorrect or incomplete information originally supplied may be subject to an additional service charge.

10. AES FILING AUTHORIZATION

This authorization includes submission of the information provided by the undersigned or other authorized parties to the transaction and receipt of the applicable AES response / Internal Transaction Number (ITN).
